Material and Specifications

• HRF 10:

  • Material: Ultra micro-grain quality carbide.

  • Properties: Ultra-high wear resistance suitable for mid and low speed cutting of materials that demand high durability. Less impact-resistant, ideal for stable, continuous light-duty machining.

  • Durability: Offers 4-6 times the lifespan compared to general tungsten steel.

  • Standard: Conforms to ISO K10~K25/P10~P25.

• VRA201:

  • Material: Imported ultra micro-grain quality carbide.

  • Properties: Excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance for machining materials of lower hardness (HRC≤25°).

  • Applications: Ideal for discontinuous cutting and less stable fixtures.

  • Performance: 4-6 times the lifespan compared to materials like M42, ASP60, enhancing cost-effectiveness.

• ASP60A:

  • Material: Imported ultra high wear-resistant high-grade high cobalt powder steel, quenched to HRC70°±2°.

  • Properties: Superior wear and impact resistance, suitable for machining tough materials like high alloy and heat-resistant alloys.

  • Applications: Not recommended for discontinuous cutting or under insufficient rigidity due to potential for chipping.

  • Performance: 4-8 times the lifespan compared to HSSE/HSS-AL, and excellent at maintaining uniformity in machined products.

• PR40:

  • Material: Super micro-grain diamond tungsten steel.

  • Properties: Excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, suitable for medium speed cutting of materials up to HRC28°.

  • Durability: After coating, effective in machining materials up to HRC50°.

  • Performance: 1-2 times the lifespan compared to ISOK20 and general tungsten steel.
