Overview

Our Impression Transfers are precisely engineered to facilitate accurate replication of dental implant positions and soft tissue profiles during the impression-making process in implantology. Available in both closed-tray and open-tray configurations, these transfers are designed to ensure a precise and reliable representation of the implant environment in the patient's mouth.

Material and Specifications

  • Materials Used:

    • Ultra High Anti-Rust & High-Hardness Stainless Steel: Offers durability and resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for dental applications where hygiene and longevity are paramount.

    • Titanium and Titanium Alloy: Known for their lightweight and biocompatibility, these materials are ideal for ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Customization and Tailored Solutions

We provide a range of customization options to meet specific clinical needs:

  • Tailored Dimensions and Configurations: Transfers can be customized in size and configuration to fit various implant systems and tray designs.

  • Material Choices: Options for different materials based on specific requirements for biocompatibility or strength.

  • Custom Fabrication: Ability to produce transfers according to specific dental practice needs, including adjustments for unique implant placements.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Closed-Tray Technique:

    • Impression Transfer Closed-Tray: Designed to transfer the implant’s position, soft tissue profile, and hex location securely. The transfer remains attached to the implant when the closed-tray impression is removed from the mouth.

    • Ease of Use: After removal, the transfer is detached from the implant, attached to the implant analog, and placed into its corresponding impression hole in the dental stone.

  • Open-Tray Technique:

    • Implant-Level Open-Tray (Pick-Up) Impression Technique: Ensures that the transfer of the implant’s position and soft tissue profile is held firmly within the impression as it is removed.

    • Direct Transfer: Requires a custom or modified stock tray with screw access holes for the removal of the central transfer screw before releasing the impression from the mouth.

Applications in Dental Surgery

  • Precision in Implantology: Facilitates accurate and detailed impressions for creating working casts of the implant site, essential for the fabrication of precise dental prosthetics.

  • Versatility: Suitable for a variety of dental implant procedures, supporting both simple and complex implant cases.

Classification

  • Closed-Tray and Open-Tray Options: Available in designs that support either closed-tray or open-tray impression techniques.

  • Compatibility: Engineered to be compatible with most dental implant systems, providing flexibility for dental practitioners.
