• Material: PR40

  • Description: Super micro-grain diamond tungsten steel.

  • Properties: Known for its excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance, making it suitable for medium-speed cutting and finish cutting of materials up to HRC≦28°.

  • Durability: After being coated, this material can efficiently machine materials up to HRC50°. It offers 1-2 times the lifetime compared to ISOK20 and standard tungsten steel, providing superior wear resistance.
