High quality of restorations and fit due to precisely manufactured tools.
Highest level of process safety due to matched and validated milling and grinding strategies.
Minimal wear of milling cutters at optimal milling speeds.
Our tool specialists have developed optimal cutting-edge geometries for machining various materials used in dental technology, from wax to cobalt-chrome. The result is a perfect balance between the best possible surface quality of the material to be machined and the longest possible service life of the milling tool.
To avoid tool breakage due to excessive pressure, all tools are designed to rotate clockwise.
All cutting tools undergo balance checks upon completion to ensure there is no suspicion of radial jumping. To ensure that the tools do not swing or jump during use, please choose appropriate mechanical equipment and excellent clamping sleeves.
The jacket must be selected in the correct size. If the jacket is found to be not round enough or worn, it will cause the tool to be clamped improperly and incorrectly. To avoid the danger of tool detachment or twisting, please immediately replace the worn jacket with a new one of standard specification. High-speed rotation may cause shaft vibration.
The installation of the tool handle should comply with EU regulations. For example, the clamping depth of a handle with a 12.7mm diameter must reach 24mm to maintain the pressure-bearing range that the handle should have.
Speed setting: Tools with larger outer diameters should have their speed set according to the tachometer and be pushed slowly, maintaining a constant speed. Do not stop pushing during the cutting process.
When the tool becomes dull, please replace it with a new one. Do not continue to use a dull tool to avoid breakage and work-related accidents.
When using a tool, choose one with a blade length greater than the depth of the workpiece. For example, if you need a groove with a depth of 12.7mm, use a tool with a blade length of at least 25.4mm. Avoid using tools with a blade length equal to or less than the depth of the cut.
When operating machinery, users should wear safety glasses and use safety push handles. When using desktop mechanical equipment, anti-rebound devices should also be used to avoid accidents caused by workpiece rebound during high-speed cutting.
