Material and Specifications

• VRA201:

  • Material: Imported ultra micro-grain diamond tungsten steel.

  • Properties: Offers excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance for machining materials of lower hardness (HRC≤25°). Ideal for discontinuous cutting and less stable fixtures.

  • Durability: Provides 4-6 times the lifespan compared to conventional materials like M42, ASP60, enhancing cost-effectiveness.

  • Standard: Conforms to ISO K25.

• ASP60A:

  • Material: Imported ultra high wear-resistant high-grade high cobalt powder steel, quenched to HRC70°±2°.

  • Properties: Exceptional wear and impact resistance, suitable for machining hard materials including high alloy, heat-resistant alloy, and stainless steel.

  • Applications: Often used in general equipment before heat treatment, supporting higher cutting speeds and effective machining of tough materials.

• MR11:

  • Material: Ultra micro-grain quality carbide.

  • Properties: Excellent wear resistance and ideal impact resistance for mid to high-speed intermediate cutting of materials with hardness between HRC 28° and 48°.

  • Performance: Offers 2-3 times the lifespan of general tungsten steel. After TiALN coating, it effectively machines materials up to HRC 60°.

• HRF10:

  • Material: Ultra micro-grain quality carbide.

  • Properties: High wear resistance suited for medium and low-speed cutting of high hardness materials (HRC45°-65°).

  • Standard: Corresponds to ISO K10, designed for stable cutting conditions and light machining.
